- Enzymes are catalysts, which can be found in many cells. In the experiment, we studied the break down of 6% hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen gas. We used the raw calf liver to see how the hydrogen peroxide (substrate) and catalase (enzyme) would effect temperature on the rate of the reaction. |
